Next up for the Bears is a Pitching In Isthmian League, South East division match when we welcome the player's, officials and supporters of Burgess Hill Town FC to the BodyMould Community Stadium on Tuesday 25th January.
The two sides have already met twice this season with both games played at ‘The Homecall Carpets Community Stadium’. On the 29th October the teams played out a 1-1 draw in the Velocity Cup, Callum Dowdell gave the Bears a first half lead before Lewis Taylor equalised in the 62nd minute so the game went into a penalty shoot-out with the Hillians winning by 4-3.
A month later on the 30th November Heath produced the shock of the day by bringing the Hillians eleven match unbeaten run to an end with a 3-0 win with Mark Goldson scoring all three goals. Since then the Hillians have played ten with just one loss, away to Chatham in the Velocity cup.
Their last match in the Isthmian League was on Tuesday evening when they played away to Sheppey United who scored the equalising goal in a 2-2 draw in the 98th minute with Alex Malins and Ben Pope on target for Burgess Hill.
For those travelling there is FREE Parking next to the Stadium.
