Next up for the Bears is a Pitching In Isthmian League, South East division match when we welcome the player's, officials and supporters of Merstham FC to the BodyMould Community Stadium on Saturday 7th December.

For those travelling there is FREE Parking next to the Stadium.

The two sides last played each other on the 1st April last season when the Bears travelled to Merstham and came away with a 1-0 win, thanks mainly to some inspirational goalkeeping by George Evans, the Millwall loanee made several top class saves to deny the hosts, and a wonder strike from distance by Jamie Chesworth secured the points for the Bears.

The visitors currently sit in 7th position in the division, two places but seven points above The Bears. Their league record this season is played 18, won 9, drawn 5 and lost 4 so we can expect another tough game this afternoon.

The Moatsiders were last in action on Tuesday evening when they travelled to Burgess Hill in the 3rd Round of the Velocity Cup but things didn’t go as hoped with the Hillians winning by 4-2. The Merstham goals were scored by Sam King and Korrey Henry.
