Next up for the Bears is an Emirates FA Cup, Extra-Preliminary Round match when we welcome Horley Town FC to the BodyMould Community Stadium on Saturday 3rd August.

Horley Town play at Step 5 in the Cherry Red Records Combined Counties League Premier Division and last season they finished just outside the play-offs in 7th position so we can expect a close and difficult match .

The two sides have met before; the last time was a Southern Combination League Premier division match on the 22 September 2020 when the Bears were well beaten at home by 4-0 in a season that became null and void due to Covid, so I guess that result doesn’t really count. Players still with the Bears from that team include Charlie Parmiter, Lewis Croal and Jamie Buchanan.

For those travelling there is FREE Parking next to the Stadium.
