The successful candidate will need to attend midweek training sessions, U23 team fixtures, monthly senior football management and senior committee meetings.

There is also an expectation that the U23 Manager will regularly attend U18 games to assess player development and readiness for U23 football.

The successful applicant should be well organised, considered, and able to work in partnership with the senior football management team as well as the committees of both the Junior and Senior sections to promote a 'one club' ethos.

BBHFC is an England Football Accredited Club - we run youth teams from Under 7 to Under 18; we also run a First team, U23 team and a Veterans (Over 35) team.

The Junior section has their own committee who are responsible for financing and running the teams from Under 7 up to Under 16. The Senior section has their own committee who take responsibility for financing and running the Under 17, Under 18, First and U23 teams.
